"Horrible customer service. Raquel Koger lacks the ability to explain things clearly and then has the audacity to get mad at you when she can't explain something she's supposed to be a professional at. Raquel made up our existing premiums out of thin air and over doubled what our cost actually is and then tried to pressure us into staying with them saying she could work a better deal. Mind you we are still with state farm just not her office. How can you make up numbers and use manipulation and scare tactics to try and have someone stay on with you. Reporting her to the state for fraud as well. This is NOT how you do sales nor is it how you treat another human being. Cute trying to put someone else on blast when that’s not even my name. Doxing someone when anonymity is protected is a curious strategy, reported. Seems your 20 year lady doesn’t understand how to do her job anymore if it’s happening to multiple people."

Regarding your policy, it appears you started a duplicate policy for the same vehicle through another office, resulting in you paying twice for the same vehicle. Raquel reached out to inform you that maintaining your policy with our office would allow you to keep existing discounts due to your longer tenure and multiple vehicles, which would result in a lower overall premium. Your husband could have still received the multi-car & multiline discounts, even being at a different office. Our intention was to help you make the best decision for your coverage and costs—not to pressure or mislead. We regret if this communication came across differently and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any remaining questions or concerns you may have. "Jamal Randle provided outstanding service from start to finish. He stayed late to walk me through all of my options for homeowners and auto insurance, making sure I found the right coverage for my needs. Even when we ran into a few difficulties along the way, he remained friendly, patient, and focused on getting everything taken care of. The commercials don't lie — they really do make you feel like they're right there with you, khakis and red shirt included! "Kandiss was great from beginning to end. She explained everything in depth and didn’t rush the process like most money hungry insurance companies. She answered my questions I had and didn’t have. The price was very reasonable for what I was looking for. Quoted me several prices on different packages until I found what I was looking for.
